Memories of Umrah 2020. Masood ul Hussain.

5th of January is memorable day for me , This day is a special place in my memory.Yes some memories are simply unforgettable and worms you up from the inside.  It was fine morning  of the 5th January 2020 we were sitting  at Judah  airport  ,return after performing umra, It was great journey. At once all the scenes were flashing in my memory like a film . It was unplanned  program  suddenly we decided to go to perform umrah .we were  so happy and thankful to this blessing of God, Being a Muslim it is our faith that our desire  to perform umrah and hujj  will full fill , when Allah invites us .Visiting the house of Allah is truly something which Allah invites people.I have always had a desire to visit the holly grand mosque and Masjid e Nabavi  In  April 2018 we have to perform umrah with my family members but my desire to perform umrah is increasing day by day so Allah gives me second chance to perform umrah. After completing the  documentation we received  our visas and tickets from travelling agency 

18 January 2020  the day of flight we started our journey from Islamabad to to Karachi and then fly to  Madian .Our plan was that we will stay Madina first three days and then move to Makkah to perform the Umrah .First day was very busy in Madina . we were very exited to join prayer as soon as possible so without any rest we rush to Masjid Nabvi .Our tears were running on our cheeks  and heart were filled with  different kind of exited  thoughts, roads and bazar were fascinating us and we were comparing  the times  of holly prophet,s which was very hard and so many hardships facing the family of holly prophet .All the roads sides are  holly for use 

.Al Haram is  a very grand and beautiful .Cleanleness of this mosque is extraordinary and exemplary.After nimaz we rush towards the Rosa e Rasool to present Salam  , it is very important part of faith .We were in  a long que that leading to the Roza e Rasool for Salam . Beautiful green carpets  are spreading in the whole mosque .  Muslims from all over the world came here to show their emotions of love in this sacred place . This is a city of Our holy prophet and first Islamic state so , there are several places to sight in madina Muslims remember the great sacrifices and tireless endeavor of the prophet and companions to deliver to us the invaluable gift of Islam. The holy prophet participated in the construction of the holy mosque and led prayers in it for years, visiting this mosque and praying in it immensely rewarding the prophet peace be upon him “ one prayer in my mosque is better than one thousand prayer in any other mosque excepting Al- Harram of Makkah “so we were egar to prayer in five times a day in Masjid Nabvi during slat the voice of the imman sahib moves our hearts with the qurait . Atmosphere of madina is peaceful. We decided to visit the historical places ,

 Jana tul baquee is a big graveyard in madina which holds much significance as many Muhammad,s relatives and company’s are buried their ,it is located south east side of the Masjid Nabvi , which can be seen from the lawn of the mosque , there are many ways of transportation but we choose the bus which was special for the tourists, it is public transport  this transport facilities us the whole city with the one pass. One interesting thing was that the double decker buses were their . Our first destination of the tour was Uhud hill ,it is historical place due to uhud battle which took place when the prophet left the madina With a 700 Muslim to defend the Madina from enemy.

Masjid qiblatayn it s oldest mosque in the world in every mosque we should pray navafal . In this mosque the holy prophet received the command to change the direction . Masjid quba . When we reach in this mosque,their were so many people were present to visit this mosque, it was like a Mela , near the mosque the scene was very beautiful,the small shops were their different kind of things dates, chocolates, tasbhes and muswak to buy . In the mosque people were praying , we were waiting our term because of rush, our heart were full of holy emotion , when we leave this place. In fourth morning we leave the hotel and start journey from Madina to Makkah . This journey was Umrah we hold our Ahraam the special dress for the men only two peace of un stitched cloth and for women nothing special  but scarf or dupatta  for covering the head and hair.The distance  from Madinah to Makkah is 450 km  , it takes 4 hours to reach 

. There were Meqat the starting point of Umrah Dulhulayfah is about 18 km from Masjid Nabavi ,we stayed and after Wazo all the men and women were ready to perform Umrah . When we started every body was reading Allah huma lubbak   , It was Very emotional situation when we reached in hotel, we were tired because it was long journey. When we enter in the city of Makkah our hearts were trambling and eyes were wet with tears , it was fear of God and happiness to see this place. We were to in mix situations , while sighting   minars of grand mosque we can’t hold our hearts and emotions so every member was weeping . After some rest and having food we rush to Haram to perform Umrah . First sight of khana  kahba was heart touching these moments , one can not express in the  words . You literally feel overwhelmed with so many mixed emotions as you see  the Kaaba  tears flow down your face

  uncontrollably. You cry to Allah  asking forgiveness . During tawaf  we were serious doing nothing but only duaa  was on our hearts, brains and lips while walking  . Tawaf mean walk around the holly Kaaba  during which they  hope to kiss and touch the al Hajar al Aswad and embedded in the western corner of the Kaaba .After two navafal and drinking Aab e zamzam we started first round of sai , It  is  a important  part of Umrah , From safa to Mawa and  back to safa  seven time are termed as Sai .

 It is commemorates the action of Hazrat Hajira  the wife of Hazrat  Abraheem  who walked between the hill of safa and Murwa in search of water for his son Ismail . zamzam water was the result of his seven  rounds . It is hard to complete because safa and Merwa was hilly area now a days bed serfece is flawless and easy to walk but due to law of gravitation we feel difficulty. our feet were swelled after completeing the  Round of sai .It was amezing experience .

Masjid e Haram and khana kahbh  placed in center of the earth and khana Kahba  is a  center  of Islam .Prayer in Haram is hundred thousands time better then any other mosque , this thought remind us how great reward it is. There were one think which  I enjoy more ,that during nimaz  in pin drop silence voices of children,s screening ,weeping and crying .When Imam sahib  say Allah o Akber in  loud voice every one say Allah Akber  these moments are unforgettable . In Makkah People often performs umrah from masjid Ayesha to  Haram but ,we prefer the tawaf e kakbah and spend the mostly part of the  day in Haram for prayer.

It was the time and opportunity for us to pray and beg the duaa of forgiveness  for our sin  which we have don during  the life time consciously and unconsciously because God is غفور الرحیم ۔ .Aab e zam zam  is gift from God .It is said that It is a food and same time medicine for people 

There are so many places to tour.  historical,cultural and virtul or sacred.We were not interested to see these places because already  we have visited in previous tour 2018.Our focus was on worship.in the last week of January some rumour  of corona virse were spreading in the world over but we didn’t know about this new virus when we reach at the Judah airport to return there were so many poster were pasted on the walls to wear mask .mask will prevent you from this lethal virus .It was very shocking for us that while entering in our own country we were checked  with detective guns .Thanks God , We didn’t have the  symptoms of corona virus .
