Awesome visit of Mabaliislan.

My elder daughter, who got married two years back , planned a trip with us on Saturday .Every one was excited to go to The this visit. We left from Wah cantt to Khan pur at about 9.30 am . It was a fine morning the sun was shining bright after crossing the Taxilla bazar and busy road ,there were a beautiful building on Taxilla Museum so we decided to stop here to explore the kandhara art .the museum was situated in the beautiful garden , the garden was neat and clean Taxila museum is known for its detailed collection of Gandhara art, it contained a lot of statues and relics related to Gandhara civilisation .Art and old civilisation always facinat me so each and every  Artecal which was displayed we saw and appreciate I think it was our revision of  previous knowledge of history .The entry fee in the museum is Rs.20/- after staying there for one an hour ,

we move towards the next station beside the road there are orange gardens, which are full with red blood oranges  so many stalls were outside the gardens  to attract the travellers one can buy the orang. The way was very beautiful of lush green trees. After 30 minutes we reached on  Khan pur dam which was full of water, it was near the main road, this is also a picnic point ,it was not actually a dam but a bank of lake.

The view was very beautiful, there were so many boat ready to visit the lake for tourists. This place was full with tourists because of the weak-end.  My family want to go to in water, so we stayed about 15 minutes. It was about 10 ‘o’clock my family was eager to go to Mabali island. 

When we cross the Khan pur dam ,we reach near Dara village ,on on e side of the road is mountain and the other side old kan pur, when we reached near the mosque ,we leave the main road.  The main road leedig to mabali was not constructed  and was a dirt  road but easy to drive .It takes to 20 minutes to reach on Mabaliisland .

There were very unique parking for vehicles on the hill side .when we enter in this island  we were said to buy the  entry pass for families and single ,  five hundred per  person .This entry pass will be  adjusted in activities or food .we were surprised that it is really an island.Actually it is not an island it is resort and

accommodation for famil

ies but not less then a hidden heaven on  the earth it is located at the khanpour dam There were a hotel resort, Beach resort , beautiful green grassy grounds, lush green trees,  lake with running blue water, stylish shades for rest ,open air restaurant with smell of barbecue all the atmosphere were  so much romantic with the back ground music. Awesome and ideal place for family day out 

There were so many things to do for the young people jet ski and wake tubing , sofa  tubing and for families Boat safari ,Air gun shooting, zip line and  articles for tug of war .camping and night stay facilities are also available.My favourite activity is boating .Boating appeals to our senses.The running water can  induce feeling of happiness and thrill of life and sound of water  promote our feelings of relaxation and calmness I think to watch the water  a man can learn so many things.water is life .Have you ever learn  that secret from the river that there is no such thing as time only river is every where and peaceful feelings   .

I have always preferred  mountains and water so every time I am  surrounded  high top trees , it has powerful effect on me . I wish to stay always like this living quietly in a corner of nature if you truly loves the nature you will find  beauty every where  My companions were very energetic they were enjoying each and every activity which were offered.  After doing so many activities every one was hungry it was decided  that first we eat then we do everything my wife think that there is nothing more romantic than a serene walk  to the restaurant

.Grill and chill is her slogans.I am diet conscious and you can say that i am  not food lover but foodie .It is a secret of my fitness .Menu was in front of us there are verity of dishes in dishes.Every body chose the favourite  dishes according  to theirs  tast .Serving was also good Food was good in tast and but some chatnies were very delicious and special.we can say food was delicious with economical  prices. They do not allow your own food inside may be for the problem of cleanliness. After lunch break girls  again rush to the lake for boating this time they bought two tickets  for jet ski .It's littel 

bit risky  but with the life jackets and guides its becomes fearless driving .we were sitting on the bank of lake and waching the speedi driving  of the girls with the wird of Alkah khaer Allah  khaer.These moments  were very crucial  for us but girls were enjoying .My cute Meraal my grand daughter was very happy it was her first day out with her family so she was enjoying  every moment of this visit.

There were benches under the beautiful shaeds Meral was lying there  in relex mood.It was very beautiful  scene  that i captured with the eye of camera. Beautiful  rooms were  reserve  for visitors  .These rooms were fully furnished .Night stay facilities  are also available.Savi hut ,Ratti Hut,Blue lake carvan,Honey moon huts,JOD suites,ston house ,Brown wood caravan,Romeo caravan,Lakeside

 Camping.This place is highly recommend  for night stay becuse the scene  of sun set and beautiful sky with full moon and starts  can be seen in night time .we were close to  the nature in this atmosphere .It is said that that look deep nature unto nature and then you will under stand everything  better.This day was awesome  i spend ever as a day out.
